I was sitting on a terrace for couple of hours, waiting for anything to happen, enjoying a nice day here in Burgos (Spain). If not anything else, I got some late autumn tan :)
On a more serious note, I was depressed for a few days afterwards as the anticipation was actually quite substantial which came as a surprise to me. But it is what it is. After a whole week has passed I'm still getting over it, so I guess my hope for the contact was relatively big. The dream about reaching the stars is still alive though. Maybe I'll get a chance to do it in another reincarnation.
I obviously empathise completely. I was of course very much hoping for something significant to happen which would not escape public attention and couldn't be covered up. Although if you remember you asked whether it might actually be something more subtle and subliminal, and I have come to believe that myself. For me of course it has always been a matter of faith, really.
So I do think that something has happened it's just that we are not aware of it yet (I also can't think of a different interpretation for those particular numbers in the wow signal). Remember as well that in Ciao Seti although the signal is received on 16/11/24 it isn't noticed for another 5 months. It was like this with the blc-1 signal. So this is still a possibility. And if something has happened in space, for example with one of Nasa's probes, then it kind of goes without saying that Nasa wouldn't make this public.
So perhaps - and here is a very interesting possibility - there was a very direct message delivered to the cabal meant only for them (or to Nasa, for that matter). Again - of course they would not make that public. But if you notice in the last week they have seriously ramped up their warmongering. Whenever they do stuff like that I get the impression it's to do with panic and urgency. Perhaps they think they can hold this planet, and humanity, to ransom, threatening to exterminate everyone if ETI intervenes. It would be a hollow threat, of course, but they are mad enough to make it. So we do need to remember all those secret research facilities for example which could be subject to major sabotage at any time.
But yes, despite all of that, I was very much hoping for something wonderful and very public to happen. Especially because I would love to see the end of these monsters and the start of a utopia. So I am sorrowful in that respect. But as I say, I am not going to lose any faith. As Katy said, 'it might not be noticed straight away'.
