[Not the Mossad, then, Guy, if you are seriously telling me these EDL types are a bunch of Zionists funded by Zionist organisations? I take it that wouldn’t happen in this parallel world of yours? *almighty scoff* Unless it’s some kind of false flag of course. Can’t ever rule that one out, Guy. True, but in this case I think we can, judging by the Circus chatter. And MI5 are taking it very seriously indeed. And as you are aware from the news, some of the usual suspects are using it as a pretext for even more Russia-bashing. I doubt the Russians did it, Guy, they don’t benefit. Some hitherto unidentified Islamic organisation, then? *shrugs*. I think you need to get a hold of that file, Guy, don’t you…?]
Well, readers dearest, I was right, was I not? You are now, I hope, fully aware of the extent of your fascist problem here in not-so-great Britain.
How many was it, really, on all those marches, and how many in London alone? I have become aware that your BBC always plays down the numbers involved in protests, and as a rule of thumb you should probably add a zero to whatever number they come up with. So when they say ‘thousands’, as in this case, I think you should instead think ‘tens of thousands’. I would not be surprised if it’s actually a six-figure number. We’ve all seen the images online, haven’t we? Hiding that from your social media, even with your rampant corporate censorship, would not be logistically possible. At least not before everyone shared it all, anyhow.
Not that you need social media to notice a veritable army of fascists marching through the Capital.
But there are a number of aspects to all this which I find deeply ironic. And judging by all this twittering on your social media it’s clear I’m not the only one.
First, you have the spectacle of all these politicians who, only the other day after the assassinations happened were loudly condemning these ‘unlawful executions’ (not that they mind that when ordering drone strikes on Islamic wedding receptions), are now equally condemning the riotous behaviour and thuggery of the far right. This is despite the fact that these are the very same politicians who have been enabling and encouraging the rise of the far right for the last several decades.
The same applies to your mainstream media, of course. I noticed, however, that the likes of The Daily Mail have been conspicuously withdrawn and reticent with their ‘reporting’ of the affair. Not so for The Torygraph (that’s the Telegraph, to you and me), which is the most striking hypocrite here. One supposes that spewing out racist bigotry is acceptable if it’s done in some kind of intellectual manner. Bollocks it is. This spectacle of a bunch of fascist Tories condemning their own foot soldiers would be laughable if it weren’t so despicable and dishonest. The Tories, remember, are, and have always been, fascists themselves.
And now, under Starmer, you should expect the same from your next Labour government.
Then there’s your Guardian, which, so I hear, despite doing its level-headed best to falsely accuse Jeremy Corbyn of ‘anti-Semitism’ and prevent him getting elected, despite knowing full well he’s probably the most non-racist bloke in the entire country, is now equally vociferous in its talk of Kristallnacht 2.0 and all that shit.
Although on that note, I do find it somewhat sinister and curious that all these overt fascists are not engaging in Jew-bashing, meaning this Kristallnacht 2.0 thing is entirely unwarranted. Seems that these fascists engage in Muslim-bashing instead. Even more disconcerting is what I hear about the likes of the EDL being actually fucking funded by Zionist organisations! I mean WTF is wrong with your world, seriously, when you see images on your social media of genuine fascists wielding Stars of fucking David about the place?!
Obviously I’m not advocating these barbarians switch from baiting brown people to baiting, well, any other minority for that matter, but it still should be raising eyebrows and provoking serious discussions. It just seems a little bizarre to me that ‘anti-Semitism’ is no longer ‘acceptable’ for these fascists. Are they the wrong kind of fascists?
Although this is, it seems to me, one of the usual suspects removed from suspicion of carrying out these targeted assassinations. The Mossad, I mean. Unless it was some kind of false flag, which should never be ruled out. I guess the truth will be in the answer to the classic question, ‘who benefits?’. Thus far, only a few days after the event, the answer to that one is not yet clear.
Unless, naturally, you are the type who favours a police state in which all protest is prohibited? Usually it’s ‘the Left’ who demand the right to protest, but now we have the further irony of seeing ‘the Left’ demanding that this right shouldn’t apply to fascists.
So if we’re talking ‘who benefits’, then if we see a clampdown on protest then it’s the State itself wot done it.
What was the other irony? Ah – yeah, that was it – nearly everyone I saw in the images of those marches was wearing masks! Well obviously if you’re talking how to fuck with the CCTV facial recognition then that makes sound sense, but haven’t you had other marches by far right types protesting against masks and lockdowns and all that?
It won’t be long before some senior police chief demands that mask-wearing in public should be forbidden! Along with those Muslim headscarves and whatnots. Still, apparently the powers-that-shouldn’t-be will be arbitrarily declaring an end to their pandemic later this month. So those police chiefs will have to wait a few more weeks.
Hello cognitive dissonance my old friend. Time to speak with you again.
Well, all I can say is that your – I mean this – parallel world version of my country is totally fucked up and, erm, fucked, quite frankly.
Ah – yeah, the other chief suspect appears to be ‘Russia’. Like I may have mentioned before, I would not be surprised if the reason they want to end the pandemic is so they can start a war against Russia. Not that Russia wants it. And I think you can be assured that if they are blaming Russia then Russia didn’t do it. Aside from anything else, they have nothing to gain from it, and would predict they’d be blamed.
Others, although intriguingly quietly (which is suggestive), are talking of ‘Islamists’ carrying out the assassinations. Those marching fascists, after all, seem to believe in that accusation. Hence their ‘demands’ that ‘they’re all sent back to where they came from’ and that the state should ramp up its already-draconian laws against ‘these foreigners’. Maybe the Tories will oblige. They want to, after all.
And if they do end up with an official narrative which blames ‘Islamists’, then there’s your other ‘who benefits’ answer. Meaning it was yet another false flag.
And the final irony? Yeah, you guessed it, Nigel fucking Farage calling for ‘calm’.
Except when it comes to Muslim-bashing, eh Nigel? You cunt.
I had a great time clubbing, by the way. [Did I end up in someone’s bed? That’s none of your beeswax, reader.]
[In fact it’s classified.]
On another note, utterly unrelated to fascism, which is always patriarchal, it will be my period week starting tomorrow. That means it’s my monthly week off where I let my body recover from all that exhausting training, my muscles to repair themselves and all my gains to be consolidated.
Obviously you don’t want to hear about periods. But I suffer from menorrhagia, and women’s sports and menstrual cycles are a subject most people avoid, but which needs to be talked about more. And so I intend to do so in order to highlight the issue. Once I become famous and glamourous and all that.
Speaking of which, I have my very first proper competition next weekend, on Friday and Saturday, which is the Lee Valley Open, at their lovely indoor track. I shall be doing the 400m on Friday and the 800m on the Saturday.
Equally obviously all you lovely highbrow Substack subscribers of mine will be entirely uninterested in any of that, I wouldn’t wager. I will let you know how I get on though, and it would be nice if you were to wish me well.
If I do well, after all, I get to go to the national indoor championships at the end of February and show off in my own inimitable idiom. And hopefully attract a sponsor or two. And if that happens, and I improve enough, and if I find some people who know how to play instruments and want to be in a cool indie band, then that, too, will add to my groovy rep. Then maybe after that I might even find some way to make a movie, which I will make sure you will love.
So it is, really, readers dearest, in your interests to wish me well.
In the meantime, I’d avoid the streets of London if I were you…
